Kathy joined Thornhill in 2023 after 25 years in the retail accounting department for a prominent family-owned furniture store in Baltimore. Kathy has experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable and customer service. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and pets and volunteering for a local dog rescue.
Cara joined Thornhill Properties in 2024 as a Property Accountant. She has over 5 years of experience in customer service, accounting, and business administration. Cara holds a BS degree in Economics from the University of Delaware. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, going on walks, and tending to her houseplants.
Kim has been involved with banking, real estate, accounting, and most recently commercial property management for nearly 30 years. Prior to joining Thornhill, she worked as a Commercial Property Manager with a prestigious property management company in Harbor East for almost 13 years.
Though her experience includes assisting several high-profile tenants through major renovations projects, her strength focuses on building relationships with a strong attention to detail and customer service. While her current position as an HOA manager is very different from commercial property management, she is confident that her previous experience and industry knowledge will propel her to excellence in serving these clients.
In her spare time Kim enjoys spending time with her husband, her rescue “Slim Shady” and practicing yoga, running, soccer or gardening when time avails.
With more than 20-years’ experience in the field of property management, Diana, a Maryland native, has managed a variety of buildings including residential rentals, commercial, retail and HOA/Condominium communities. Diana’s vast experience allows for her to have strong administrative abilities, a deep knowledge of contracts and property accounting along with excellent interpersonal skills.
In the Senior Property Manager role, Diana is responsible for overseeing the on-managers within Thornhill Properties, training new managers while directly managing her own portfolio of apartments and Condo/HOA communities. Her focus is to provide clients with exceptional service while enhancing the property and delivering strong financial results.
Diana is currently a member of BOMA and will be pursing her CPM designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management. In her free time, she likes to spend time with her husband, two daughters and two dogs.
Dawn joined Thornhill Properties in 2024 after working with the team for over 20 years as their commercial banker. Dawn is a strategic and results-driven professional with substantial expertise in finance and business operations management. She is skilled in cultivating strong client relationships and delivering financial oversight. With an analytical capability to evaluate and streamline business processes for optimal performance, she is experienced in managing large-scale budgets and financial operations. Dawn is innovative in approach and has led diverse teams towards achieving organizational goals. She is committed to continuous improvement with a history of transforming underperforming units into profitable entities.
Earning her MBA in 2021, Dawn is proud of her accomplishments over her financial career. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband going camping or catching a NASCAR race from time to time.
With more than 35 years’ experience in the field of real estate, George Panos is the president and founder of Thornhill Properties. A Baltimore native, George remains in tune with the ever changing local real estate market. Prior to founding Thornhill, George was responsible for the management of a Baltimore-based, family-operated development company serving both Baltimore and Delaware.
Today, George leads Thornhill’s commercial brokerage team, representing landlord and tenant clients. He meets daily with our property managers and to provides strong leadership to Thornhill’s team. George is most proud of the strong relationships he has formed with his clients and peers throughout his career and that all new management business has been through referrals and word of mouth. Mr. Panos is a certified property manager (CPM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management and a licensed real estate Broker in the state of Maryland.
Beth Vogel originally joined Thornhill in 2017 as a Property Manager until she resigned in 2020. She returned to us in October 2023 and is happy in her new role as an Executive Assistant to our Property Managers. Beth has over 40 years of administrative experience along with her 3 years of managing communities. She provides administrative support to our Property Managers by performing various clerical tasks to enable them to meet their management objectives with their communities. She also assists the accounting department with resolving delinquent accounts.
Beth’s strong skills of multi-tasking, customer service, excellent communication and her will to help anyone are an asset to our company.
In her spare time, Beth enjoys spending time with her newly adopted cat, Leo. She also cherishes any time spent with her two sons, four grand dogs and two grand cats.
Denise came to Thornhill with over 35 years of property and facilities management experience. Her family has been involved in real estate for over 70 years, but Denise always preferred service over sales and takes pride in caring for investments.
Although HOA management is a little different than property management, both require expertise and nurturing, two of her best attributes.
When not working, Denise loves spending time with her husband, daughter and rescue princess Scarlett and channeling her inner rock star at karaoke venues throughout Baltimore County.
Michele has been employed in the accounting field for over 15 years., while having the opportunity to be educated in other trades/fields as time has passed. By allowing my knowledge to only grow, I try to take the initiative to learn new things. No one knows everything, the world is always changing and there’s always something new out there to learn.
She spends time with her close relatives and longtime friends. She enjoys all seasons except winter, doing many leisure activities such as: boating, fishing, amusement parks, traveling, arts & crafts, cookouts, attends various social events and even some video games from time to time.
Robin Hernandez-Willie joined Thornhill Properties in 2019 as a Leasing Specialist. She is currently working as an Accounting Assistant at the Corporate Office which she provides administrative support to the accounting department by performing various clerical tasks, such as filing, mail handling and tracking delinquent accounts. In her spare time, Robin enjoys Event Planning, Bartending Corporate Events, traveling and spending time with my family and loving on her four grandchildren and one great grand.
Hunter has been working in commercial real estate since 2015. Since joining the Brokerage Division at Thornhill Properties, Inc. in 2018, Hunter’s focus is on Landlord, Tenant, and Investment Sales representation in the Baltimore metropolitan area. Prior to Thornhill, Hunter was a financial analyst in commercial real estate providing vast knowledge in commercial real estate principles.
Hunter is known for his creative and persistent approach in helping clients achieve their commercial real estate goals. Thus far, Hunter has successfully closed over 200 commercial real estate transactions in volume.
Hunter has a strong understanding of his client’s needs which makes him an integral real estate advisor in helping his clients fulfill their real estate requirement within buying, selling, or leasing. Katie Teta joined Thornhill in 2022. She has over 15 years of experience in management, hospitality, and customer service fields. In her free time, she enjoys hiking with her dog, baseball, cooking and traveling with her husband.
Lacey has been with Thornhill Properties since August of 2019 as the Executive Assistant. Lacey has over 20 years of administrative experience. In her spare time she enjoys gardening, redecorating her home and spending time with her two daughters and two dogs.
Louis “Junior” Weems joined Thornhill Properties in 2020 as a part time employee at the Arlington Park Condominium Association. In March of this year Louis became a full time employee at the Corporate Office at Thornhill serving as an Administrative Asst. Louis has over 20 years of experience working with Condominium Associations. Louis’s hobbies are reading, running, swimming , bowling, roller skating and listening to various types of music in his spare time.
Stephanie Ciboroski joined Thornhill in 2023 with 24 Years of experience in property accounting. She has done accounting for Commercial, Residential and HOA/Condominium properties throughout her career. She has experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Financial reporting. She holds a BS degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland University College. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends, family, gardening and working on her house. She also enjoys watching her daughter play volleyball at Washington & Jefferson college.
With over 40 years of accounting, managerial and software development, Joanne understands the needs of integrating new technologies with time honored internal controls.
Joanne oversees the entire accounting department. Along with reviewing financial reports and assisting her department she also assists the property managers with budgets and any other assistance they need.
In her spare time she enjoys visiting with her granddaughter and traveling with her husband to their home in South Carolina.
Kathleen Dial joined Thornhill in 2019 with 29 years of experience in Property Management. She has managed a variety of residential and commercial assets throughout her career. Kathleen has experience in leasing, handling maintenance request, accounting and budgeting. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her family.
Jason Peak is a Property Manager who has over 12 years’ experience in real estate, property management, and client relations. He is knowledgeable and experienced in residential and commercial property management, leasing, as well as construction and repairs. Prior to joining Thornhill, Jason managed a mixed-use building and several other buildings in Harford and Baltimore Counties. He enjoys working with individuals to secure prompt and professional results, while ensuring the aesthetics of a building are being properly maintained. He is known for being a problem solver, effective communicator, and relationship builder. In his free time, Jason enjoys cooking, hiking, fishing, boating, and spending time with his family.
Joy Stewart is a Property Manager with Thornhill Properties who specializes in retail management. Joy believes that displaying leadership in her role means creating win-win results and establishing rapport with both the property and its vendors. In addition to management, Joy coordinates programming and marketing to curate a social atmosphere, drawing more customers property. Joy holds a BS in Psychology from Morgan State University and has experience in marketing, sales, and residential property management prior to her current position. In her free time, Joy enjoys Latin dancing, traveling, and spending time with loved ones.
Tressa Allison joined the team in 2020 bringing with her a straightforward management style stemming from almost two decades of experience in both local and international real estate management. Working Predominantly in the condo and HOA division as well as in commercial management.
Shelby Klein is a Property Manager who manages HOA/condominiums and commercial properties. She has 10 years of property management experience with expertise in luxury residential mixed-use communities in Baltimore. Prior to joining Thornhill, Shelby served as Director of Resident Services for Questar Management Company, opening 414 Light Street. Previously Shelby worked as a Property Manager for Bozzuto Management Company at several mixed-use luxury residential communities throughout Baltimore City. Shelby is passionate about creating strong customer relationships through a hospitality driven management approach. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family.
Brandon Norris joined the Thornhill Properties Inc. team in 2014 and works as a Property Manager and Commercial Real Estate Agent. His focus lies in Commercial Property Management and Office/Retail Leasing. Concentrating largely on creating strong owner, tenant, and landlord relations.
In addition, Brandon has continued experience working closely with Condominium/Homeowners Associations and Boards of Directors in the Baltimore area.
Brandon’s key assignments include assisting in managing the fiscal status of the properties, monitoring, and maintaining the assets, and delivering excellent customer service to all clients.

With more than 40 years in finance and real estate, Hal Hathaway heads Thornhill’s Brokerage Division. Mr. Hathaway has been with Thornhill Properties, Inc. for 21 years. A former commercial loan officer with more than 30 years in real estate, Mr. Hathaway has brokered and developed real estate from Florida to Delaware. Born and raised in Baltimore, he offers in-depth knowledge of the Baltimore metropolitan market, providing a valuable service to Thornhill’s brokerage clients.

Louis is known for his proactive approach to property management and hands on style. In his leadership role at Thornhill, Louis is now responsible for the oversight of our entire management portfolio. Louis has a strong understanding of real estate practices and regulations which makes him a great resource for clients and colleagues.
