While our location provides easy access around Baltimore, at Whitehall Mill, you may never want to leave home. The mostly loft-style apartment homes, as part of a mixed use project, will be surrounded by activity, with a future retail marketplace and restaurant, with several outdoor areas to enjoy.
The breathtaking views of the stream provide a calming place to come home to after a day of work. While the site will have several amenities to enjoy, as a sister project to Mill No. 1, down the street, the infinity edge pool will be available for our Whitehall Mill residents, as well. And all of this is within walking distance of the Light rail stop at Union Avenue.

Mill No. 1
Mill No. 1 is an adaptive reuse of 19th century cotton mill buildings into a mixed-use development project of apartments, offices and restaurants, developed by Terra Nova Ventures, LLC. The architecture team, Alexander Design Studio, has figured out how to make this complicated project work, while keeping the integrity and character of the historical buildings.
The buildings straddle the Jones Falls stream for about a third of a mile stretch of this pristine and beautiful section of the Jones Falls. This setting is what distinguishes and makes the property unique among the mill buildings situated in the Jones Falls Valley in Baltimore.
